Donors BEWARE

The leadership of Hope Shelter claims a cyber-attack prevents them from receiving online donations. THEY KNOW THIS IS NOT TRUE. 

The nonfunctioning links go to their donation processing company, Giving Harnes (it is in the web address). Lack of payment to this company would be the cause. THEY KNOW THIS. 

So, why do they claim a cyber-attack instead of paying this bill?
